Liverpool came from behind to beat Leicester City 3-1 at Anfield on Wednesday night to reach the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Kasey McAteer put the visitors ahead in the third minute, but Liverpool equalised through Cody Gakpo just before half-time. Dominik Szoboszlai then gave Liverpool the lead in the 70th minute with a superb strike from 20 yards, and Diogo Jota sealed the win with a third goal in the 85th minute.

Impressed with his passing and movement. Set up Gakpo's goal and was a constant threat throughout the match.

Showed some good touches and created a few chances. However, he was also wasteful on the ball at times.

A quiet game by his standards, but he still managed to get a few shots away.

Scored a good goal on his full debut for Liverpool. Was also a threat in the air and provided a good outlet for his teammates.

Overall, a good performance from Liverpool. They showed good character to come from behind and win the match. Gravenberch and Gakpo were both impressive on their debuts.
